Production

Pepe is also a Portland-based cultural arts producer. A lot of his work has to do with inclusion, personal narrative, the exploration of identity, diversity and storytelling in a variety of forms.

Through my radio show, I bring people together to share their voices, projects, endeavor, and ideas.

After seven years of having participated in KBOO 90.7 FM as the presenter and producer of the radio program FA radio (FusionArte). I announced my departure from the radio and I said goodbye to this project that began in 2010 and finished in 2017. I take with me great moments, friends, interviews, and all that connected me with the community and its life. I dared to create something that was not part of my career but that allowed me to reinvent myself as a person and as a cultural promoter; that I will always treasure.

It also allowed me to open myself to new music, to share what we sometimes do not dare to share, but more than anything I take the fact that we were able to recognize and bring the growth and hard work of our community, here and outside of the country.

I had the pleasure to be the Announcer and introduce the Blazers team at the Moda Center, for the Latino Network Night.

I produce "Lente Móvil" a multi-media art project that uses photography, film, and discussion to eliminate stereotypes, and give voice to nuances of identity and culture, in Latino communities in the United States.
